Amy B. Talisman has extensive experience in civil litigation and insurance defense in particular.  Her primary areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, hospital and healthcare law.

Ms. Talisman began her legal career in Orlando, Florida where she worked as an associate attorney in a small law firm that represented hospitals all over the State of Florida.  She moved to South Florida in 1994 where she worked in the area of healthcare law and medical malpractice litigation for more than twenty years.  After maintaining a small, solo practice for a few years, Amy joined Peterson Bernard in October, 2017.
