Jonathan Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Rodriguez currently focuses his practice in the areas of first-party property defense, premises liability, personal injury, general negligence, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
 
Mr. Rodriguez is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in History.  He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida International University School of Law, where he was a founding member of the Veterans & Military Affairs Law Student Association. During Law School, Mr. Rodriguez had several internship positions including with District 7 Legal, U.S. Coast Guard Judge Advocate General Corps, previous 11th Judicial Circuit Judge Robert J. Luck, now appointed to the Florida Supreme Court, and Special DUI Division Unit with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. 

Following Law School, Mr. Rodriguez was an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, assigned to the County Court Misdemeanor Division, managing hundreds of Criminal, Traffic, and DUI Misdemeanor Crimes from intake to trial. Following his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Rodriguez was an associate attorney at a mid-size law firm in Orlando, Florida, handling first-party property defense cases throughout Central and Northern Florida. 
 
Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
