Personal Injury - Food Poisoning

The Peterson Bernard team obtained a final summary judgment on behalf of a popular restaurant against plaintiff’s claim that she developed food poisoning from a meal.  Plaintiff was unable to demonstrate that her injuries were caused by the meal.
