Summary Judgement - Real Estate Broker

Peterson Bernard recently prevailed on summary judgment in favor of a real estate broker.  The Court agreed with Peterson Bernard’s argument that there is no legal duty owed by a realtor/broker to determine the zoning/permitted use for a piece of property.
