Peterson Bernard has a well-established appellate practice representing clients in all areas of civil, administrative and workers’ compensation law before State and Federal appellate courts.

The appellate department also provides significant litigation support for attorneys both inside and outside the Firm by drafting and arguing motions, assisting at trial and attending post-trial hearings to ensure preservation of appellate issues.
