The firm represents individuals who have been arrested and/or charged with a crime. Our criminal defense practice involves both federal and state court defense and includes the defense of: misdemeanors, felonies, domestic violence cases, suspended licenses, economic crimes, drug crimes, and DUI’s.

The firm also has an extensive criminal trial practice. In the event the case cannot be resolved prior to trial, the firm will guide the client through the unfamiliar terrain of the criminal trial to achieve the best result possible.
